Think of the Participants Menu as your “User management” panel – a place where you can see all of your participants and control their roles and permissions.

In KeyMeeting – we have two types of user roles:

1. The Speaker role is someone who can broadcast their audio and video as well as control all aspects of the meeting, including user moderation, sharing content in a meeting etc.

2. The Audience role is someone is attends the webinar and is largely a passive viewer. An Audience member cannot share content in a meeting unless granted permission to do so by a Speaker.

Go through the followings to learn how to best manage your Speakers and Audience.
